My project has to do with the many hidden faces everyone has. So far this is only a demo but I plan on recording it sometime soon! I’m curious to see what kind of effect the CD artwork has on the class. Enjoy.
For my three hours of bliss, I played guitar. I played and sang a bunch of my favorite songs while no one was home to hear me. I was able to sing as loud as I wanted which was awesome. For my project, I decided I will write a song about the struggles in my life. This song will come with an album cover as well. I am looking forward to this project.
This project sums up all of my fears from being buried alive, to cotton balls, to roaches, failure and being alone. I have a feeling some of my emotional fears are shared by others in the class. I know people are going to think my cotton ball fear is funny and that is alright. You will notice outside the coffin, you will see that the coffin is buried by my fears. Enjoy.
Today was the first day I really was able to express myself in the class. I felt like we had a great discussion today. It sounds like a lot of people have fought through some struggles of their own in this class. The topic that stood out to me the most in this class was the heated debate about Kilts LOL. We hit every single topic of controversy, but the only topic that got people up in arms was the subject “Kilts”. Oh man, we have an interesting class, but I look forward to every discussion!
This assignment is a brief history of rule breaking. I think the common misconception is that rule breaking should have a negative connotation. I can prove that common misconception wrong. Whether it be proving others wrong, protesting, standing up for your rights or breaking a barrier, rule breaking happens everyday.
I loved what I saw yesterday during class. I think my favorite project had to be the iupui cigarettes. This really had a connection with this project since my dad smoked for 40 years and I absolutely hate it. I thought it was genius to write the effects of smoking inside of each cigarette. I really wish each cigarette manufactured had those facts on the side of each one.
That project made me think.of mine and how it could be further worked on. I am going to write a song, going in to it in a bad mood to see if I can come out with a positive outcome.
This project is focused on the EFFECT playing guitar has on my emotions. The before emotions are on the guitar, the effect that comes of the playing is on the amp. This project is to show the CAUSE of emotional release.
I think that Michael Noir’s project had the largest impact on me. His project proved how beautiful anything in the world can be, especially an egg. It has definitely inspired me for this next project. If he can make something beautiful, so can I. LETS DO IT!
At first, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my egg. Then my mom had a few ideas and said something about how she was bouncing a few ideas around. So I thought it was a good idea to do exactly that. I wrote the word “IDEAS” all over my egg with a sharpie then decided to cover it with rubberbands. Here were my results.

I wasn’t satisfied with just stopping at the size of a lacrosse ball. IT MUST GROW!
This is it’s final faze…. so far. The ball now was a layer of saran wrap all over it. The now that there is a new layer, it is ready for a new transformation with something other than rubberbands.
